Return and Refund Policy

Every pair of RomantasyDenim jeans is made to order just for you. Because of that, our policy works a little differently from a store that ships from stock.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours your order enters production and can no longer be cancelled.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email wirewealth8@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Sizing

Our jeans run true to size with a snug high waist. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up. Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the conditions above.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Bundle discounts are recalculated if only part of a bundle is returned.

Non-returnable items

Mystery Gift add-ons and items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
