Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Made to order. Every pair of RomantasyDenim jeans is produced after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which is how we keep the embroidery detail and the price where they are.

Processing time

Processing takes approximately 30 days from the date of your order. You will receive a confirmation email immediately, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link the moment your order leaves production.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery takes 6 to 12 business days depending on your location.

Shipping cost

Free worldwide shipping on every order, every tier.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Tracking

Your tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Tracking may take 2 to 5 days to show movement after the label is created. If your tracking has not updated in 10 days, email us at wirewealth8@gmail.com and we will look into it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can correct an address within 24 hours of ordering. After that, your order is already in production and we are not able to replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
